Don’t bring your car here if it’s a serious problem. They will keep your car for over 2 weeks, charge you $1000, and still not fix the problem. I have to take my car to a different shop just to get it fixed. They will also keep you on hold on over 30 minutes when you call to check on your car because they’ve had it for so long.

My family and I were traveling to a family wedding and we were a long way from home when we had one of our brakes lock up in I-95. Thankfully we were able to make it safely to the shoulder and get a towing service to pick our car up on their flatbed. I was able to find Goodyear Auto Service still open and answering the phone right at closing time. Aaron was extremely helpful in guiding me in what they could do. I sent the towing service to them with our car to drop our keys in the night drop box. The next morning I was able to speak with Aaron again as well as Dwayne. Both communicated clearly and kept me up to date on the repair. This couldn't have gone any smoother on my end. They jumped through some hoops to make the repair happen to get us on the road back home after our visit in the area for the family wedding. Many Thanks to these guys for their helpfulness, communication, and skill to bail us out of a tricky situation!

Dwayne was absolutely amazing! I came in expecting to wait forever to get my tires changed like at most other places, but my vehicle was ready in less than two hours. Dwayne was friendly, professional, and very efficient. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me since I was unsure about what services I needed. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much Dwayne and team!!!

Dwayne was so helpful! I came thru for service unexpectedly headed back home to Atlanta from a work route in Miami. Even though I was a walk in, service was still given in a pretty fair timing. I don’t know much about cars but with my description he helped me to see what exactly was going on! He showed empathy to the fact that this was impromptu repair and I really needed to get home so he gave me the option to finance my service after I expressed my concern of the expense. He didn’t just tell me what was going on but he allowed the technician to show me the problem. Whenever I’m in Savannah again, this will be my place for service. Good guys here, 5 stars certainly.

Best service ever! We were traveling pulling a 30’ travel trailer. Had a tire go bad on the trailer. Called this service center and spoke with Dwayne. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He gave me a quote and told us to come in. When we got there, Aaron checked me in and was just as friendly and knowledgeable. The technician got right on it, and we were on our way in hardly any time at all. I still can’t believe how easy this whole experience was; and how nice the staff is. Goodyear, you hired some amazing employees at this location. Wish all customer service was like them. Thanks Dwayne and Aaron!!
